These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Testdona website and platform, operated by 13ME27TESTDONA (OPC) PVT LTD (One Person Company (OPC) — Private Limited). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Testdona is a multi-tenant platform that lets an institute manage members, question banks, online exams, results and a bookstore. Features may change or be updated over time.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
  • Institutes are responsible for the accounts, content and conduct within their organisation.

Payments & fees

  • Paid items (such as books or test series) are sold by the respective institute. Payments are processed through our payment gateway.
  • Testdona may retain a platform fee/commission on each sale; the remainder is settled to the institute.
  • Applicable taxes may apply. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Content & intellectual property

Content created by an institute belongs to that institute. The Testdona platform, software and branding remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to breach security, or disrupting the platform.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13ME27TESTDONA (OPC) PVT LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Supaul, Bihar.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
