Refund window

• Refunds are available within 12 hours of purchase. Requests made within this window are eligible for a refund.
• No refund is provided after 12 hours of the purchase, as the digital content becomes accessible.

How to request a refund

Within the 12-hour window, email testdonadotcom@gmail.com or call +91 72067 68123 with your order details (registered email/User ID and what you purchased).

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to reflect.

Cancellations

Since purchases grant immediate digital access, an order cannot be cancelled once the 12-hour window has passed. For any query, please contact us.
